Marianne Duddy-Burke

Executive Director

Marianne Duddy-Burke, a married lesbian Catholic mother, has been DignityUSA’s Executive Director since 2007. She was also the first woman elected as the organization’s President, serving 1993-1997. She holds an M.Div. and has over forty years of management experience in both business and nonprofit organizations.

Darby DeJarnette

Manager of Operations and Mission Services

Darby DeJarnette is a marketing, public relations, and business development professional with over ten years of experience growing and streamlining nonprofit and for-profit organizations. An arts journalist and avid writer in her free time, she credits her ability to excel in work and personal pursuits to her Catholic faith, her queer community, and to her loving partner.
