<p class=ydp5c0cc1ebyiv8319860059msonormal><span>Meli Barber (ND 08 10) of Indianapolis IN has been elected Vice-President of DignityUSA. Melis two-year term will begin October 1 2019. </span></p><p class=ydp5c0cc1ebyiv8319860059msonormal><span>Meli who is a current member of DignityUSAs Board of Directors is also a member of Dignity Indianapoliss Chapter leadership represented DignityUSA during the July 2019 Global Network of Rainbow Catholics Assembly held in Chicago IL and was a member of the Equally Blessed Pilgrimage to World Youth Day 2019 in Panama City Panama. She has been actively involved in witnesses surrounding the termination of and threats to married LGBT staff at Catholic schools in Indianapolis. Meli and her wife Carli manage the Catholic Worker House in the city. </span></p><p class=ydp5c0cc1ebyiv8319860059msonormal>DignityUSA is the worlds oldest and largest organization of Catholics committed to justice equality and full inclusion of LGBTQI people in the church and society.
